Pamela J. Kessler

Ms. Kessler has served as Co-President of LTC Properties, Inc. (NYSE: LTC) since May 2020 and Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since 2007. She previously served as an Executive Vice President of LTC from 2007 to May 2020, and has been with LTC as a member of the senior management team since 2000, when she joined as Vice President, Controller. Ms. Kessler served as the Corporate Controller of The Ezralow Company, a privately held commercial and multifamily real estate developer, from 1997 to 2000. She was also the Director of Financial Reporting for Irvine Apartment Communities (formerly NYSE: IAC), a then-publicly-traded multifamily REIT, from 1994 to 1997, and Assistant Controller of the Inland Empire division of KB Home from 1992 to 1994. Ms. Kessler began her career as a certified public accountant in the real estate group at Ernst & Young LLP from 1989 to 1992. She also serves on the board of directors of the Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Foundation. Ms. Kessler was a Trustee at Physicians Realty Trust (formerly NYSE: DOC), from 2018 until its merger with Healthpeak in 2024.
