James B. Connor

Mr. Connor was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Duke Realty Corporation (formerly NYSE: DRE), a REIT, from April 2017 until the company’s acquisition by Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD) in October 2022. He served in other leadership roles after joining Duke Realty Corporation in 1998, including President and Chief Executive Officer from January 2016 to April 2017 and Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Connor served in various executive and brokerage positions at Cushman & Wakefield from 1981 to 1998, most recently as Senior Managing Director for the Midwest area. He has served on the Boards of Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD), a REIT, since October 2022 and EPR Properties (NYSE: EPR), a REIT, since January 2019. Mr. Connor is currently Chair of the Board of Trustees of Roosevelt University in Chicago. He is also a former First Vice Chair of the Executive Board of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Nareit).
