Sorrento Highlands

Sorrento Highlands (AKA Scripps Wateridge) consists of two two-story buildings on the western side of the Sorrento Mesa submarket. Upon acquisition, Healthpeak began its plan to revitalize the campus with exterior upgrades, outdoor amenities and landscaping enhancements, and to ultimately convert the office buildings to life science use, beginning with the vacant east building.
