Portside

Portside is ten-building Bayfront campus consisting of over 950,000 square foot adjacent to Healthpeak’s The Cove at Oyster Point campus. Tenants enjoy a prime location on Oyster Point Boulevard with convenient access to Hwy 101, direct access to walking and hiking trails on the bay, as well as numerous dining and entertainment amenities at The Cove. Healthpeak is under construction to refresh and modernize Portside's landscaping, entrances, and signage with improvements to pedestrian connectivity to the adjacent Cove campus and amenities center. Combined, The Cove and Portside campuses create a nearly 2 million square foot contiguous campus at the doorstep of South San Francisco’s prestigious biotech market.
