Gateway Crossing

Gateway Crossing is a four building office park strategically located on the corner of Gateway Boulevard and East Grand Avenue. The campus is steps away from the South San Francisco Caltrain Station, which provides tenants with easy access to public Transportation. In 2018, Healthpeak commenced a project-wide redevelopment of the campus to allow for building multi-tenancy, as well as updates to common areas and outdoor landscape to create a unified, and modern campus feel.
