Sorrento Gateway (aka Directors Place) is a three-building campus that can accommodate a wide variety of life science uses. The complex boasts excellent I-805 freeway visibility and signage, and features a brand new on-site indoor/outdoor fitness center with shower and locker facilities. The property will undergo a renovation during 2024 - 2025 updating tenant suites as well as interior/exterior common areas.
