Kelvin O. Moses

Kelvin Moses has served as our Chief Financial Officer since April 2025 and leads the Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, and Portfolio Management functions for the Company. Mr. Moses joined Healthpeak in 2018 and served as Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice President prior to becoming our Chief Financial Officer. 
 
Prior to joining Healthpeak, Mr. Moses was in the global healthcare and real estate investment banking groups of Barclays, a financial services firm listed on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Moses received a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University.
