David B. Henry

Former Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Kimco Realty Corporation

He served as Chief Executive Officer of Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM), a REIT (“Kimco”), from November 2009 and Vice Chairman from May 2001, until his retirement from both positions in January 2016. Mr. Henry also served as President of Kimco from November 2008 to August 2014. He joined Kimco in 2001 as Vice Chairman and Chief Investment Officer after 23 years at GE, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of GE Capital Real Estate and Chairman of GE Capital Investment Advisors. Mr. Henry has served on the Board of Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (NYSE: SKT) since January 2016. He previously served on the Boards of VEREIT, Inc. (NYSE: VER), a REIT, from September 2015 until its acquisition by Realty Income Corporation (NYSE: O) in November 2021, and Columbia Property Trust (NYSE: CXP), a REIT, from January 2016 until its acquisition by affiliates of PIMCO in December 2021. Additionally, Mr. Henry is a director of Fairfield County Bank, a private Connecticut mutual savings bank, a director of Starwood Real Estate Income Trust, a non-traded REIT, a director of Pine Tree, LLC, a private retail real estate company, a former Vice-Chairman of the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), and a former member of the Executive Board of the Real Estate Roundtable. He also serves on the real estate advisory boards of New York University, Baruch College, Grupo Patio, and Alto Real Estate Funds, and is a co-founder and director of Peaceable Street Capital, a private specialty finance company. Mr. Henry previously served as a Trustee and Chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
