26.7% GHG emissions decrease, surpassing our 2020 goal. As of the end of 2018, 88,614 CO2e metric tonnes in GHG emission reduction since our 2011 baseline.
That’s the equivalent of removing 18,675 cars from the road.
Waste Disposal Decrease
8.8% waste disposal decrease, surpassing our 2020 goal. As of the end of 2018, 1,393 metric tonnes in landfill waste reduction since our 2011 baseline.
That’s the weight of 511 elephants.
Women account for 47% of our workforce and 57% of our female employees are in leadership positions.
Annual Charitable Donations
In 2018, Healthpeak donated nearly a half a million dollars to entities aligned with our mission to support the advancement of healthcare, senior communities, and emergency disaster relief.
